Rihanna will co-host this year's catholic-themed Met Gala with Amal Clooney and Donatella Versace
Vogue, the official partner
for the Met Gala, have announced that Rihanna, Amal Clooney and Donatella Versace will be the 2018 Met Gala hosts.
They made the announcement yesterday while revealing that the theme for the May 2018 event will be "Heavenly Bodies: Fashion and the Catholic Imagination."
The three hosts will join forces with Vogue editor Anna Wintour to stage what is regarded as one of the biggest nights in fashion in New York on 7 May, 2018.

According to Vogue, the theme seeks "to create a dialogue between fashion and the masterworks of religious art" and will include "papal garb on loan from the Sistine Chapel sacristy, many of which have never been seen outside the Vatican."
Vogue added: "The show will be presented in a trinity of locations: the Anna Wintour Costume Center, the medieval galleries at the Met’s Fifth Avenue location, and further uptown at the Cloisters."
